ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS
We offer same day Annual Service Agreements for one up front
charge. This charge includes all labor, parts, travel and quarterly
multi point cleanings. These agreements were designed for customers
who want regular preventive maintenance and fast response times.
FAST ONSITE RESPONSE
For laser printer technical issues that cannot be resolved over
the phone, a technician will arrive onsite within 4 hours after
a call is placed. This response time applies to customer locations
within 100 miles of our service center.

Field laser printer technicians carry all the necessary spare
parts, tools and have the technical competence to repair your
equipment on the first visit.
